Steel structure fabrication in the Moscow Region
Metallfors is a steel structures plant in Balashikha. We fabricate structural steelwork to KM and KMD drawings for industrial, warehouse, commercial and infrastructure projects in Moscow, the Moscow Region and other regions of Russia: building frames, trusses, columns, beams, mezzanines, stairs, supports and non-standard items.
Our 2,000 m² workshop with 12 welding stations and two overhead cranes produces up to 350 tonnes of steel structures per month. We work under contracts with a fixed price and lead time and provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment. We develop KM and KMD drawings, deliver structures to site and install them on request.

How much does steel structure fabrication cost?
Fabrication with priming starts from 29,700 ₽ per tonne including VAT, excluding steel: purlins from 29,700 ₽/t, columns from 37,200 ₽/t, trusses from 41,600 ₽/t. The exact price depends on profiles, connections and coating — send us your drawings and we’ll prepare a commercial proposal.
Can I order without KMD drawings?
Yes, our engineers will develop KM and KMD drawings based on your specification.
What guarantees do you provide?
A bank guarantee for refund of the advance. Price, lead time and quality requirements are fixed in the contract.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes, book a tour: we’ll show you the workshop, the warehouse and your order in progress.
Do you install structures?
Yes, we install structures we fabricate under a separate contract.
