Standards and protection level
The protection level, netting type, height and spacing of supports are determined by the design, which takes into account the facility class, threats and wind region. We fabricate structures exactly to the design and never change sections without the designer’s approval.

Design
We work to your KM or KMD. No design? We’ll recommend designers we’ve already done such projects with. We’ll develop KMD from your KM ourselves.
Fabrication
Cutting, assembly, welding and priming at our own plant. Geometry and weld inspection, marking for installation.
Installation — separately
You can order supply of structures only, or supply together with installation.

Why are prices quoted “from”?
The price depends on profiles, workload and season. The final cost and lead time are fixed in the contract.
How fast can you fabricate the structures?
Capacity depends on the structure type. We produce identical space trusses assembled into columns at up to 20 tonnes per day. We give the lead time for your project after the estimate: it depends on volume, structure mix and shipment schedule.
What netting do you make frames for?
Mainly heavy structures for woven steel-rope netting, which is heavier and loads the frame more. We also make structures for nylon, polymer and other nets.
Can I order installation?
Yes. Installation is a separate service: you can order fabrication only, or fabrication together with installation.
Do you work without a design?
We fabricate to a design (KM) or KMD drawings. If you have no design, we’ll recommend designers we’ve worked with and take the calculation into work once it’s ready. We can develop KMD from a finished KM ourselves.
Which standards do you follow?
The protection design is carried out to SP 542.1325800.2024, taking into account SP 16.13330 and SP 20.13330. We fabricate structures to GOST 23118 and apply corrosion protection to SP 28.13330 and the design requirements.
Which regions do you supply?
We ship throughout Russia and have already supplied protective structures for facilities in Moscow and the Moscow Region, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Lipetsk.
