We are a steel structures plant: we design connections and fabricate steel structures to your drawings at our own production facility in the Moscow Region — with a fixed lead time, fixed price and a warranty of 5 years or more.

Metallfors was founded in 2018 as a family business. We started small — manufacturing containers for municipal solid waste. But step by step, year after year, we grew and gradually turned from a small workshop into an engineering company that solves a wide range of tasks for our clients.

All this time we have been building experience, changing our approaches and upgrading our equipment — with one main goal: to be truly useful to those who trust us.

How we keep our word

A missed deadline on a contractor’s site is not just our reputational problem — it disrupts your project schedule. That’s why the whole process is built so that the lead time and result are predictable for you from day one.

Estimate and KMD

We work out the design from your drawings or specification and fix the scope, specification and material cost before committing to a lead time.

Contract with fixed lead time and price

The lead time and price are fixed in the contract after the KMD drawings are signed — and are not changed unilaterally.

Reserved materials and capacity

Steel and production lines are reserved for your project right after signing — you don’t depend on someone else’s queue at the plant.

Control and reporting at every stage

On request — interim photo documentation of fabrication and installation, so you can see the status without visiting the site.

Full handover documentation package

Steel structure certificates, acts, as-built drawings and documentation are handed over together with the project.

Warranty and support

Warranty on structures from 5 years; in case of force majeure we fix any defects without unnecessary questions.

FAQ from procurement and supply managers

Q1 Do you work to drawings and KMD prepared by our designer?

Yes. We can fabricate both to our own documentation and to your drawings and KMD — we agree connections and the specification before production starts.

Q2 What happens if you miss the deadline set in the contract?

The lead time is fixed in the contract after the KMD drawings are signed. Materials and capacity are reserved in advance, and we provide interim status reports throughout the project.

Q3 Do you provide as-built installation documentation?

Yes, a full package is handed over with the project: acts, as-built drawings, steel structure certificates — everything needed for acceptance by the general contractor and technical supervision.

Q4 Can we sign a framework agreement for several projects?

Yes, we work both on one-off orders and under framework agreements for a series of projects, with one project team for the entire cycle.
